What is actually happening on your street, once a month.
Once a month we turn the City’s and Toronto Police Service’s own published records for one neighbourhood into a report you can read in two minutes: what was reported to police, what is being built nearby, and what homes are selling for.
Free for everyone who lives there, by email, published with a local residents’ association rather than at them.

Is your neighbourhood covered?
The first three characters are enough, and they are all we read. Nothing is sent anywhere — this check runs in your browser.
How it is put together
- Every figure comes from the public record and can be traced back to it. Nothing is estimated, modelled, or filled in.
- No rankings. We will never tell you which neighbourhood is the “worst” or the “most dangerous”. That framing sells attention and explains nothing.
- Small numbers are left alone. When a count is low, a percentage change is noise dressed up as news, so we don’t print one.
- Corrections are visible. Every page carries a link that reaches a person, and mistakes are published rather than quietly edited away.
