  OPA applicaiton to permit the development of a 33-storey residential building and 43-storey mixed-use building with a 971 square metre public park. A total of 1,001 residential dwelling units are proposed. This application has been submitted concurrently with a revised Zoning By-law Amendment Application (22-234848 ESC 21 OZ) which was appealed on August 20, 2025.

  Rezoning application to permit the development of a 33-storey residential building and a 43-storey mixed-use building with a total of 1,001 residential dwelling units. An appeal was received for the rezoning application on August 21st, 2025. The application has been submitted concurrently with a new OPA application in relation to the City of Toronto Official Plan Policy 3.4(8)(c) related to the 10.0 metre setback from flood hazards.
