Every permit issued in September 2026, grouped by address. One property often has several — a new building carries its own plumbing, drain and mechanical permits. Descriptions are the City’s own words, and the status is where each permit stands now, not when it was issued — so work that has since finished reads “Closed”, and the stages are explained on the About the data page.
69 Beechborough Ave
- Proposal to install a backwater valve. · Work under way (Inspection)
2051 Keele St
- Replacement of existing sanitary building drain and private sewer lateral. Existing 3-inch drainage piping with lead-and-oakum joints is deteriorated, with a compromised bottom elbow and root intrusion identified by camera inspection. Proposed work includes replacement of approximately 44 ft of underground sanitary drainage piping at approximately 8 ft depth with new 3-inch ABS piping, as well as approximately 10 ft of interior drainage piping and associated branch connections/fittings. Existing toilet, lavatory and other affected fixture branches will be reconnected to the new drainage system. Sewer exits the front of the dwelling and runs along the right-hand side of the driveway. Work is proposed entirely on private property, with the new drainage tied back into the existing sanitary sewer connection. · Issued (Permit Issued)

How to read this
Applications and permits are separate City processes. Most building permits never involve a development application, and the two counts above are not connected — a permit issued this month is not the outcome of an application made this month.
An application is a request, not an approval. Sale prices cover TRREB district W04, which may cover a wider area than Beechborough–Greenbrook alone.
The October 2026 safety report covers what was reported to police. Each figure names the period it covers.
